Fritjof Schmidt has profound experience in strategy and organizational development as well as in IT management. As a long-time strategy manager and chief of staff in German, European and global organizations of an international DAX-30 company, he was responsible for integrations, outsourcings, communication and change management as well as CIO tasks and transparency analyses. He is very experienced in addressing top management of global organizations and is equally familiar with topics of co-determination and the further development of organizations even in a highly regulated environment.
Susanne Seibel has profound multi-project management experience, to which she also contributes her change management and coaching skills. She has carried out several projects in IT management and in the finance environment. She also brings in her experience in agile project management and as PMOPlus. As a coach within the framework of the systemic approach, Susanne not only considers her clients, but also takes into account the entire organizational environment. In the past, she has also supported sophisticated market and location analyses during commercial due diligence consulting in the context of acquisition processes (M&A).
Anna Amur has in-depth project management experience, to which she contributes her extensive knowledge of the implementation and strategic design of the digital transformation of companies. In doing so, she always takes a holistic approach while incorporating diverse analysis methods on the market and customer side. As an employee in management consultancies and medium-sized companies, Anna was able to constantly optimize her skills in the areas of organizational development, concept and strategy planning, as well as around the areas of innovation and change management. She applies the common methods of agile project management.
Lena Orth joined the SOICON team in May 2022 as an Assistant Consultant supporting internal and external projects. She brings a range of knowledge from the public sector with her completed training as a municipal secretary. Lena is currently studying business administration (B.Sc.) in Cologne, where she is expanding her theoretical knowledge in the fields of management and controlling as well as corporate management and organizational development.
Lisa Schmitz joined the team in March 2022 as an administration expert. In 2021, she successfully completed her training as a real estate agent. She efficiently applies the skills she learned in the course of her training to back-office activities and internal tasks. Currently, Lisa is also expanding her knowledge in other areas with an architecture degree (B.Sc.).
Dr. Barbara Kruse brings a wide range of skills to her work at SOICON: After gaining international IT project experience as a trained programmer in a corporate group, she studied economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke and Pittsburgh. Business development in a start-up and subsequent dissertation on strategy processes; quality management and teaching experience at a private university. Advanced training as a systemic consultant and trainer for participative leadership and large group processes. She works across industries in corporations, SMEs and non-profits.
Tanja Schneider-Selzer is Project Manager and Interim Manager in finance and controlling. After her diploma in business administration from the University of Cologne she gained profound experience in controlling in medium sized businesses as well as in market-listed corporations. She further worked in requirement engineering and project management. Her specialization lies within IT, telecommunications and finance.
Michael Kuhnen is an independent consultant and interim manager with many years of professional experience in the organization, management and alignment of the areas of accounting, purchasing, order processing and controlling. He brings with him a background as audit manager at one of the "Big Four" auditing firms and as commercial manager at a large company. He was particularly involved in the restructuring of financial areas and process optimization in accounting.
Thorsten Janning was responsible, among other things, for the preparation of annual financial statements with a P&L and balance sheet volume of more than 400 million euros. In the controlling area, he was in charge of central cost and revenue types with similar volumes. He has management experience with department sizes ranging from 4 to 16 employees as well as in financial restructuring projects. He is also highly experienced in transparency analysis. He has worked for companies ranging from 200 - 2,500 employees in various industries (aviation, retail and IT)
