Fritjof
Fritjof Schmidt has profound experience in strategy and organizational development as well as in IT management. As a long-time strategy manager and chief of staff in German, European and global organizations of an international DAX-30 company, he was responsible for integrations, outsourcings, communication and change management as well as CIO tasks and transparency analyses. He is very experienced in addressing top management of global organizations and is equally familiar with topics of co-determination and the further development of organizations even in a highly regulated environment.
Susanne
Susanne Seibel has profound multi-project management experience, to which she also contributes her change management and coaching skills. She has carried out several projects in IT management and in the finance environment. She also brings in her experience in agile project management and as PMOPlus. As a coach within the framework of the systemic approach, Susanne not only considers her clients, but also takes into account the entire organizational environment. In the past, she has also supported sophisticated market and location analyses during commercial due diligence consulting in the context of acquisition processes (M&A).
Anna
Anna Amur has in-depth project management experience, to which she contributes her extensive knowledge of the implementation and strategic design of the digital transformation of companies. In doing so, she always takes a holistic approach while incorporating diverse analysis methods on the market and customer side. As an employee in management consultancies and medium-sized companies, Anna was able to constantly optimize her skills in the areas of organizational development, concept and strategy planning, as well as around the areas of innovation and change management. She applies the common methods of agile project management.
Maurice
Maurice Kürten has sound project management experience in which he efficiently controls activities and ensures the quality of work results. Maurice also has an in-depth understanding of financial analysis and can present the results convincingly. In addition, he can create comprehensive financial models in Excel covering profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow analysis. He has also gained experience in the areas of transactions and restructuring. Maurice is also experienced in process mapping and requirements research in the context of digitization projects.
Selina
Selina Yildirim strengthened her expertise through advanced training in Agile Project Management, which she has successfully applied in sustainability reporting projects. Her core skills include Agile Project Management, Change Management, sustainability reporting, and marketing. She gained practical experience as an academic assistant at Hochschule Fresenius while studying part-time and completed a Master’s degree in Digital Management.
Charlotte
Charlotte brings experience in recruiting and marketing management, particularly in campaign development and content creation. She combines an eye for detail with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset. With focus on communication, she bridges analytical thinking and strategic storytelling to create meaningful and effective projects.
Daniel
Daniel Sternberg is an experienced expert for Process Optimizations and Trainings. He brings in his competencies as Business Development Manager from a medical startup, also with establishing locations in a branch structure.
Daniel is preparing detailled as well as C-Level oriented analysis for preparing change in client organizations.
Barbara
Dr. Barbara Kruse brings a wide range of skills to her work at SOICON: After gaining international IT project experience as a trained programmer in a corporate group, she studied economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke and Pittsburgh. Business development in a start-up and subsequent dissertation on strategy processes; quality management and teaching experience at a private university. Advanced training as a systemic consultant and trainer for participative leadership and large group processes. She works across industries in corporations, SMEs and non-profits.
Tanja
Tanja Schneider-Selzer is Project Manager and Interim Manager in finance and controlling. After her diploma in business administration from the University of Cologne she gained profound experience in controlling in medium sized businesses as well as in market-listed corporations. She further worked in requirement engineering and project management. Her specialization lies within IT, telecommunications and finance.
Michael
Michael Kuhnen is an independent consultant and interim manager with many years of professional experience in the organization, management and alignment of the areas of accounting, purchasing, order processing and controlling. He brings with him a background as audit manager at one of the "Big Four" auditing firms and as commercial manager at a large company. He was particularly involved in the restructuring of financial areas and process optimization in accounting.
Thorsten
Thorsten Janning was responsible, among other things, for the preparation of annual financial statements with a P&L and balance sheet volume of more than 400 million euros. In the controlling area, he was in charge of central cost and revenue types with similar volumes. He has management experience with department sizes ranging from 4 to 16 employees as well as in financial restructuring projects. He is also highly experienced in transparency analysis. He has worked for companies ranging from 200 - 2,500 employees in various industries (aviation, retail and IT)
Anja's dog Dipper
Whenever Dipper is brought along, he has many fans. He ensures that Anja, our administrative expert, can take care of accounting and procurement in peace.
